Successful Onboarding and Launch of $18M Client Leads to the Sale and Acquisition of $16M Contract

Following the acquisition of the company's largest account to date—representing one-third of annual revenue and 50% of the total member population—I was brought on to lead the implementation efforts and build a dedicated Client Success Team to support this strategic account. This included recruiting and onboarding key personnel such as a Strategic Account Executive, a Client Operations Manager, and Data & Analytics Specialists.

My team and I closely managed the end-to-end implementation, participating in all internal and external project meetings alongside key stakeholders, including Project Managers and operational leads. We coordinated with over 20 program partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration, mitigating risks and proactively resolving potential challenges. Additionally, I led monthly SteerCo meetings with executive leadership, providing detailed updates on project health, risk assessments, and timeline adherence.

Following the successful and seamless launch of this major account in January 2024, I played a key role in securing the company’s second-largest account—a $16M ACV deal—by actively participating in the RFP and finalist negotiations. Within just nine months, I had assumed full responsibility for the client relationship and account management of these two high-profile accounts, collectively representing over $34M in annual revenue.
